If you're wondering why some of the features of Photoshop Express wasn't working, now you know. There were bugs in the system, but they are now fixed. If you don't know, Adobe Photoshop Express is the online version of the extremely popular desktop graphic editing program.

You can store up to 2GB of images in your account and edit your images directly online. A new release just added features like Flickr online photo sharing and lets you created special players you can embed on other social networking sites. This should really get the word out there for Adobe.
